The Herndon Friends Advocacy Team, sponsored and trained by the Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL), will sponsor a public screening of this film at the Reston Regional Library on Tuesday, October 22, at 7pm. Featuring former commanding officers of the US military, combat veterans, political analysts, and American and Afghan peace activists, this documentary film deconstructs the reasons why the war has failed and has dragged on for so long, while also offering solutions on how the United States can exit Afghanistan and not make this an endless war.
